Kutoot provides three primary categories of services.

First, we issue Kutoot Coins, which are digital shopping credits functioning as prepaid vouchers. These Coins can be redeemed exclusively on shop.kutoot.com for discounts or purchases of eligible products and services. Coins are not currency, securities, or tradeable assets, and they cannot be exchanged for cash. Each Coin carries a validity period of one hundred (100) days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Upon expiry, Coins become invalid and non-refundable, except where mandated by law.

Second, we provide Promotional reward Coupons as part of specific campaigns or activities. Users may receive these coupons as complimentary participation when purchasing Coins, participating in referral programs, or engaging in designated free-participation methods. Kutoot guarantees a "No Purchase Necessary" option for obtaining coupons, which may include referrals or other user engagement activities. The criteria, frequency, and caps for free coupons may be modified by Kutoot from time to time and will be communicated via the platform.

Third, Kutoot hosts an E-commerce Marketplace through shop.kutoot.com. The goods and services listed on this marketplace are provided by independent third-party vendors. Kutoot's role is limited to that of a facilitator, enabling transactions between users and vendors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kutoot does not manufacture, own, or directly sell the listed products.

All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kutoot does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a valid contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to access our Services.

Kutoot restricts access in certain jurisdictions where regulations require such limitations. For example, users located in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana may face restrictions in accessing specific promotional features. Kutoot reserves the right to apply geo-restrictions or suspend Services where legally necessary.

By using our Services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and that your use of the Services is lawful under applicable law.

To access features of the Services, users must create an account with Kutoot. Registration requires a valid mobile number, email address, or linked social media account. Verification may be completed using secure methods such as one-time passwords (OTP).

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all actions performed under their account. Kutoot shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, or the provision of false or misleading information, is prohibited. Kutoot reserves the right to verify user details for security, compliance, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Coins must be purchased using secure payment gateways integrated into our platform. Coins can be redeemed exclusively for eligible discounts or purchases on shop.kutoot.com or authorized vendor platforms.

Redemption options, rates, and availability are determined by the kutoot and may vary between products and services. Not all items are eligible for redemption.

Coins are non-refundable after purchase, except where mandated by law. Any Coins unused after their validity period shall automatically expire. Kutoot may revise its validity or redemption policies, and such changes will be communicated to users via the platform or email.

Kutoot also reserves the right to limit Coin purchases, redemptions, or usage in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.

Promotional campaigns conducted by Kutoot may include the issuance of free reward coupons. These coupons are provided at no cost and may be distributed as part of activities such as Coin purchases, referrals, or engagement events.

Some campaigns may incorporate progress-based features, such as a goal slider, which unlock specific events once certain milestones are achieved.

All campaigns are conducted transparently. Where appropriate, Kutoot may engage independent auditors and publish results through channels such as live-streams on YouTube or Facebook.

No direct payment is required for receiving coupons. Every campaign offers users an option to obtain coupons without purchase, through referral or equivalent no-cost methods.

Campaigns may award rewards such as electronics, lifestyle products, travel packages, vehicles, or other sponsored goods. Rewards will be distributed within a reasonable timeframe after rewardee's verification.

All rewards are subject to Indian tax laws. Under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will apply to rewards exceeding ₹10,000. Rewardee must provide valid Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including PAN, Aadhaar, and bank details, for reward disbursal. Failure to provide documentation may result in forfeiture of the reward.

The probability of rewarding is dependent on the total number of participants in a given campaign. Kutoot does not provide any guarantees of rewarding and disclaims liability for user expectations regarding outcomes.

All products and services listed on shop.kutoot.com are offered by independent vendors. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, warranty, delivery, and after-sales service of their products.

Kutoot's role is limited to facilitating transactions between vendors and users. Kutoot does not assume liability for vendor performance or product-related issues. Disputes must be addressed directly with the vendor, although Kutoot may assist in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Kutoot verifies vendors during onboarding, but cannot guarantee their continued compliance with all applicable laws.

Kutoot may introduce referral incentives, engagement-based activities, or community-building programs. These are optional features designed to enhance user participation.

Referral and community programs may include tasks such as sharing links or inviting contacts. Kutoot retains discretion to revise, pause, or discontinue such programs without prior notice.

Any misuse, including fraudulent referrals, automated participation, or violation of fair use, may lead to suspension of benefits and termination of the user's account.

Kutoot is committed to protecting user data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

We collect and process personal data only for specified purposes, such as account management, order fulfillment, promotional communications, and legal obligations.

Kutoot has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee compliance with privacy regulations. Users have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of their data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Data is stored securely within India and is not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, including software, logos, trademarks, trade names, content, and designs, are owned by or licensed to Kutoot Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of platform materials is strictly prohibited.

Users shall not:

• Create unauthorized or fraudulent accounts.
• Attempt to interfere with platform security or functionality.
• Deploy viruses, malware, or other harmful technologies.
• Engage in activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to Kutoot, its vendors, or other users.

Kutoot reserves the right to monitor user activity and enforce penalties, including account suspension or termination, for violations.

The Services are provided on a "best efforts" basis. Kutoot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

Kutoot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the total value of Coins purchased by the user within the preceding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through discussions. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator appointed in Bengaluru.

Users may escalate unresolved complaints to our Grievance Officer, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Kutoot may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where material changes are made, Kutoot will notify users by email or platform announcements.
